Liked: Roaches in the rooms and I check out of room and they were not professional at all and they charged me over 400 dollars for one day and they even call the police on me for me trying to get my money for deposite bad place to book at terrible

Great start...bad finish

Liked: Check in was wonderful. The clerk was very nice. Don't get customer service like that much anymore
Disliked: Was made to change my room for the 2nd night because the room I had wasn't supposed to have pets in the room. Was questioned about my service dog and if I told the clerk if I had him. He was in the office with me when I checked in. The room I moved to had been cleaned but had an odor to it. The bed had soft spots in it and then upon checkout I was told I would have to wait for my cash deposit back because no one on the premises could open the safe.

Dirty and run down

Liked: Terrible room bathroom door didn’t shut the tv volume jumped around cabinets were tore up and wouldn’t shut 100 deposit I haven’t received yet and you charged me 50 dollar deposit so I currently have paid 150 over the price I was given
