Disappointing
Liked: Property is in a good location.
Disliked: Our room faced the main road, so we heard noise from the street but also from the stairs and from another rooms. We weren’t able to sufficiently close the window to reduce the street noise.When we entered the room, the floor was sticky. The room deserves to have a big cleaning and they should remove the mold from the bathroom. The staff changed our towels after one day and they brought us dirty ones. We rather used one that we had. The mattresses were shorter, approximately 180cm so my husband had to sleep across the bed.

Friendly, comfortable, affordable
Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. This seems like a family owned hotel, so the staff was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable. The room was large and comfortable. The location was in the Mexican and Korea town area so there was a lot of good food and variety. I didn't try the Korean restaurant downstairs, but the cafe had great sandwiches and lattes. Would definitely plan to stay here again!
Disliked: The only complaint was the TV didn't work and nobody came to fix it, but we aren't on vacation to watch TV!
