Exceptional

We’ve stayed here many times...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location. The staff was nice & pleasant for the most part.
Disliked: There was a stench (smell) in the room. The remote never did work after replacing it twice, so we were disappointed about missing the football game.

Disliked: Toilet wouldn’t flush and lots of noise

Wouldn’t stay there again!

Liked: There was a free breakfast. It was tasty.
Disliked: It was NOT clean. I had my two large dogs with me. The phone was smashed! The woman at the front desk came to look at the phone. She was scared of dogs and asked me if my dogs had broken the phone! If the housekeeper had done her job, the smashed phone would have been caught when it happened! I was furious that she blamed my dogs. Mostly they slept in their beds!

Stay was fine.

Liked: It was fine. The room was clean. It's an older facility, no frills, but that was OK. We just needed a decent room at a good price for an overnight stay so my son and I could go to a tournament early the next morning. Breakfast in the morning was fine.
Disliked: The bathroom was dark, and because of how they have the shower curtains, water leaked out, but you could tell by water damage on the wall that it's a frequent occurrence. We had double beds. One of the beds had a 3-inch dip in the middle. My son took that bed, and it didn't seem to bother him, but it was weird.

STAY AWAY!

Liked: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!
Disliked: The staff was rude. Trashy motel.

Don't stay here

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Front desk staff was rude. He refused to allow my service animal in the room because it's a cat.

Great location near Landers Center

Disliked: Requests when booking was not satisfied when arrived even though they stated when confirming booking that the requests are going to be satisfied. Bed was not comfortable, you can feel springs in mattress when on it, but for one night, it was doable.
