Disliked: The bugs and it wasn't really clean

Liked: The full-size refrigerator was a plus. The room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The breakfast was not desirable and catered to heath nuts. After I got settled in my room, my family and I attempted to warm some food. We discovered that the microwave was not working. We had to pack up everything and move to another room that had a working microwave. This was a huge inconvenience to encounter on Christmas Eve. We deserve a free night

Disliked: I did not like the house keepers knocking on the doors early in the morning I understand they have a job to do but keep the noise and bumping down to a minimum please we were trying to rest until check out. Check out time was 12pm they knocked on our door at 9:30am 10:30am we weren’t even ready to go we just left at 11:00am because of the knocking and noise. 10 out of 10 I would give a 4. Late lastnight around 12am we heard kids jumping and beating on the wall. The whole point of me and my son having a night out alone was to get away from everyone at home. We get to the hotel to hear so much noise.

Liked: Liked the hotels location, which is convenient to interstate...staff is very friendly and accommodating.....rooms are large and comfortable...
Disliked: BEDS ARE VERY SOFT AND NEED REPLACING!!
