Liked: 3rd time, great place
Disliked: Asked the front desk twice for extra towels, never received them.

Liked: Facilities are very clean and comfortable. Easiness to get in and out is excellent.
Disliked: Staff isn't as empathic as we would like. Variety of breakfast can improve.

Good option to stay near...

Liked: The location was perfect for us. The facilities were very clean and the breakfast was decent. Staff was very friendly.
Disliked: Two things made our stay not super pleasant. 1. You have to pay for parking. is a 10 dollar fee per day. I don't think that an hotel in that area should charge for parking.2. the cleaning staff left our bathroom without body wash and soap for 2 nights, despite we made the request to refill the bottles four times.

Just what we needed -...

Liked: Facility and room were very clean and comfortable. Staff was able to accommodate an early check-in for our unexpected and hastily booked stay after an ER visit prevented us from flying back home. Room was ready within 1.5 hours of booking around Noon.
Disliked: Breakfast schedule could not be located anywhere on Hilton app or hotel website and was not communicated to us at check-in.It wasn't made clear that you needed to pay for the parking at the start of your stay instead of settling up at checkout. Didn't discover this until I went to pay via the provided QR code at checkout and that's when the online parking timer started. It may have said as much on signs in the parking lot, but we were having to stay unexpectedly due to a medical emergency - reading the fine print wasn't our focus at the time.

Liked: New. Nice breakfast. Coffee!!!
Disliked: No shower chair available for my husband. Walk in shower good but we had to go buy a chair for him to sit on. He is not able to stand long. Did not ask ahead of time about his but I suggest you get some chairs on hand and also a courtesy wheelchair for walkin long distance, inside.
