Disliked: We thought breakfast was until 10:30 so we were there at 10:05 and the clerk closed the curtains in our face and said we are closed!

Disliked: I didn’t like the pillows because I’m used to a firm one.

Overpriced and unattractive.

Liked: The rooms are not well laid out, are dark, and have poor value for the money (in this location). Morning staff were engaged and helpful, night staff was a bit unprofessional. Rooms were very odd - narrow and dark. Also, there is an irregular cleaning schedule (once a week or every couple of days). Cleaning should be done daily for the price point. We won't return.

Liked: Everything was nice, best breakfast I have had at a hotel. I am allergic to animals and they put me in a room that didn’t have an animal in it for over a month. Also, little carpet in room too. Wonderful location, quiet, I felt safe. Would stay again!
