Liked: The staff at the desk was knowledgeable on activity info plus directions helping us find local restaurants for dinner in the area. This was our first time in Charlotte.
Disliked: It was acceptable to most things.

Disliked: I accidentally booked this hotel and after looking at the property and reviews I knew I made a mistake and also saw I booked the wrong location. I messaged them a few minutes after booking to cancel and they still charged me for a stay even. They wouldnt even respond to my messages and now I'm out money for a hotel i would NEVER EVER stay at or even feel remotlely safe at. I saw the prostitutes walking around outfront at night and the constant in and out of vehicles and knew I made the right choice. Do not stay here

Liked: The property itself was clean
Disliked: My door didn’t close properly I had to lift it up and push it in hard to close it, then my room was not properly cleaned the toilet had dried urine on top/under the seat as well as dried feces under inside the toilet bowl. Also, at this location the rooms do not have a full kitchenette, there’s no stovetop which is really important when I’m traveling and I was not informed of this when I checked in that you have to ask for one. The dishes had dried food on them and the last guest’s nail clipping were on the night table and the dresser where the tv sits.
