Liked: breakfast and staff were fine - hotel overpriced! I did not have a car, but when a friend wanted to stop by for a drink, there was no guest parking - had to use valet.Their implementation of a CA rule about new hotels involving saving energy by disconnecting power to the room when vacated was terrible. Staff did not explain how it worked so I had no lights in the room and I couldn't call the desk because the room phone would not allow it. I almost fell while going pee in the dark.Lastly, when my trustee tried to pay for a few days ahead, they would not accept payment and locked me out of the room until someone could come pay.
