Disliked: Booking.com misrepresents the room type. According to the pictures the bedroom and living were separated by a door. I only booked this because of that. I was misled. Hotel said it was booking.com s fault

Great apartment rooms!

Liked: The rooms were way more than I expected! There's a full kitchen set up in the rooms and a lot of space! The rooms are more like apartments than hotel rooms. The breakfast downstairs area was great it had snacks and microwaveable food and hot water, and more. Not to mention a nice pool area with grills to barbecue and work out facilities. Really great value, would definitely come here again!

Liked: Well, I mean it was fine until we got the bill.And it was $350 more than what we expected.Because the staff let a child run a big food.Bill for snacks and stuff without our consent.And then we try to get some of the money back and they couldn't do that but yet we didn't give them permission to charge our room
Disliked: And I didn't like the manager's attitude or her trying to lie and say that she couldn't hear what was going on on the video.It didn't sound like the Statue of Liberty that.Oh yeah, you can have it, my son's not gonna lie.He clearly thought that she was giving in the food

Liked: The staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to help us out.Breakfast was great. The room was spacious and super clean.

Way overpriced for the lack...

Liked: Convenient location with restaurants close by. Staff courteous. Clean. Good breakfast and good selection of foods for purchase in commissary area. Parking good. Rooms consistent with this particular chain relative to what to expect.
Disliked: Due to a storm (which we cannot control the weather), the entire facility was without internet and cable the entire stay (Friday night/Saturday morning). They did not offer to adjust the bill for the lack of expected services. There were no ice buckets for the rooms. I was told they've only been open 2 months and they are still waiting on the shipment. When I purchased something from the commissary (a $3.00 food item), I was told they don't take cash(!) and had to put $3.00 on a card.
