Would stay again

Liked: Very close to my daughter’s college and any last minute shopping that needed to be done. Several options for picking up a quick bite. Room was spacious. Staff was very friendly.

Liked: Property was clean
Disliked: My room was not clean. Juice bottles were empty and left in room. No tissue and shower was not clean

Our rate this service fair

Liked: The facility was in a safe location
Disliked: The housekeeping was horrible. I had asked to have my room cleaned every day, but never was done. I ended up changing my bed and cleaning my room daily.

If I had known how...

Liked: Very spacious nice clean room. Nice breakfast in the morning
Disliked: The only problem that I had was that the bed was SO TERRIBLY uncomfortable that I had to try to sleep on the couch ( so a pretty bad nights sleep). The bed was hard as a rock and the covers were plasticky polyester ( there was actually a bed skirt used as a comforter with plasticky material that did not breathe ). I could not sleep it was so uncomfortable. The whole point of a hotel room is to get a good nights sleep. I guess from now on I will look at other guests ratings of the quality/ comfort of the bed from now on.
