ok for the money

Disliked: I stayed in room 107 at the hotel, and I have a couple of suggestions for improvement. First, I wish the conference room wasn’t located next to my room. Around 8 a.m., it was incredibly noisy, with loud conversations that made it difficult to stay asleep. I was awakened by chitchatting voices. Additionally, it would have been appreciated if someone had cleared the snow from the parking lot in the morning. Even though the snow had stopped hours earlier, the lot was still quite slushy when we left. I noticed several snow shovels by the front entrance (inside the sliding doors), yet the area wasn’t cleared. Leaving these tools at the entrance also doesn’t present the best appearance.As someone who travels frequently and has stayed in many hotels across different states, I would rate my experience at Home2 Suites by Hilton as decent. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Liked: Staff was incredibly nice, and the facilities was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: The room temp was too warm, it was set at 75 and no matter what I tried I couldn’t get it cooler.

Liked: Great location and the facilities were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped with a large fridge and freezer combo which was fantastic.
Disliked: The room was advertised as a queen suite, when we arrived the one bed was a double. Had we know we would have booked a room with two beds. The bed was not very comfortable, as well the bed only had 3 pillows with a very thin cover. There were no extra blankets or pillows for the pullout couch.

Dump. Would be embarrassed to...

Liked: Breakfast was bare minimum.
Disliked: Bedding was something I’d wash my car with. Towels were suitable for cleaning my windshield.

Nice location but needs some...

Liked: Good location directly across from the mall and close to the college and state campus. Very good breakfast. Bed was comfortable.
Disliked: First room clearly had mold/mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom and the sofa was very stained. Second room had structural issues which kept the bathroom door from closing and the curtains had issues closing all the way. Room only had decaffeinated coffee. Not working for me.
