Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms. TV swivels to any spot in the room.
Disliked: The beds are hard.

Liked: The fireplace outside looked very cozy, though it was too cold and windy to use it
Disliked: The doors to enter were not conveniently located to the room. There were only one set of elevators located at the other end of the hotel from where our room was. Bed/pillows were uncomfortable. It was very loud. The bathroom doors could be heard slamming shut all night.

Liked: Good location. Lisa at the front desk worked tirelessly to correct a billing error. Staff is friendly and there is always fresh coffee and milk.
Disliked: Had billing issue that was odd and took a while to clear up. I requested non highway side of the building due to noise but got adjacent room(ugh) with direct view of highway. Noise level bad.
