Liked: New building but elevator broke. They moved me and tried repeatedly to double charge me. No one there knows what is going on.

Reasonably price accomodations with nice...

Liked: We had a pretty quick trip for 100th Birthday Party nearby and the facilty location was ideal because of proximity to the airport as well as to the event. The staff was quite friendly and even with a slight snafu with my reservation that I booked through Booking dot com and my pre-payment; the front desk staff was patient with me and were able to rectify the situation quickly.
Disliked: I would say the amenties in the room were great but I did make sure to wipe down the counters, etc because it did seem like housekeeping might have missed a few spots that my eagle eye caught - but no worries though - OVERALL room was clean.

Nice facilities but shouldn’t be...

Liked: Clean, big suite
Disliked: No airport shuttle, booked one for 4:45am and no one came… front desk said “yeah we’ve been having issues with shuttle drivers showing up”… very unacceptable for an AIRPORT hotel… Ubers are also very hard to get early in the morning

Great location, clean, spacious rooms

Liked: We have stayed here before and we always come back because of its location, cleanliness, the size of their rooms, the comfort, parking and breakfast. The room has a kitchenette, a sofa bed and it is very spacious. We loved it.
