Would have loved what I picked out but they didn't have anything but a weird sized queen and a pull out couch - both uncomfortable. Pool and gym was really cool and the breakfast spread was awesome.

Liked: Great guest services and customer services.
Disliked: Didn't get the room that I picked out from the list and the queen size bed is not really a queen - it's smaller but not any size I know. Also, the pull out couch bed is terrifyingly uncomfortable.

We usually stay in this...

Liked: the breakfast and staff are friendly
Disliked: the room they give us were disgusting specially the carpet… so grossed and dirty.
