Liked: Great staff! Great breakfast! Nice pool and workout area. Love our rooms colors and decor!
Disliked: Upon arriving to hotel found our room with dirty smelling dishes in the dishwasher and empty food box in on bathroom shelves

Disliked: Our room that I had reserved, was taken, so we recvd a 2 bed (not separate bedroom) room instead. Another guest was having a similar issue upon check in. Never could use the “digital key”. Our key did not work for outside doors or the facilities. Which made parking by a side door pointless. One of the two laundry dryers were out of order- I was up until 1am waiting for my laundry to be done. I went down 2 other times to wait to start my laundry but left bc of the line. Our TV would say “No signal” when we’d turn it on. The front desk staff came even up to the room to try all she could, with no avail, so she gave me an 800 number to call for technical support, then it came back on. But the next morning, it did not work again…
