Wouldn’t plan on staying here...

Liked: Room was small …. Refrigerator (although a full size) was stuffed behind the entrance door and we couldn’t fully open door. No grass anywhere to be found except out by road( not a great idea for a pet friendly hotel!)

Liked: Great location, near restaurant and shops. Clean and spacious.
Disliked: The cancellation policy was to short.

Liked: The room is nice.
Disliked: We loved the biscuits and bacon at a previous stay. Please make that available. It makes the extra $ worth it. When the breakfast is substandard then I don’t want to pay more.

Liked: There was no record of my booking when I arrived. Luckily there was an available room but without the benefit or assistance of booking.com. I want you to resolve whatever discrepancy caused this. I am putting a dispute on any charge with booking.com until I receive an explanation and refund for charges incurred
