Liked: A couple of years ago we stayed at a Hilton Home2 Suites in the Houston Medical Center area. the breakfast was not so good. Not sure if Hilton improved the breakfast across all Home2 Suites facilities, but the breakfast at the Waco property was much better.
Disliked: Desk clerk at check in told us in a rather grumpy way that even though I am a Hilton Honors member, I was not eligible for Hilton Honors points because I booked the room through a third party. I did not think that was correct, I was in no mood to argue with him epecially since he had already shown his "grumpiness" with my question.

Would stay here again

Liked: The s5aff was friendly and very helpful. I asked about a shower seat, and they brought me one and set it up for me. The service desk team was literally at my door with the shower/tub seat in less than 5 minutes!!

Disliked: paper thin walls. so so for price.

Liked: The staff was exceptional and the breakfasts were delicious.
Disliked: I did not like the fact that the hotel is better suited for pets. My room had dog smell in it and obviously had evidence of dogs being present by the 3 large stains in the carpet. I brought up my concern to the staff and was assured that the room and carpet would’ve be cleaned while my granddaughter were away for the day but when we returned 11 hours later, nothing had bees done. I returned to the front desk and inquired about the smell and the room not cleaned the person said that unfortunately the cleaning staff had left for the day. She offered to spray the room with freshener so I said that is fine. She began spraying the floor but after a minute, she stated that she had run out of spray and that she was going to have to go downstairs to get some more. I told her that it was okay because it was apparent that very little was going to get done.
