Disliked: The hotel could not be reached on the phone. The staff member had difficulty setting up the digital keys.

Liked: Friendly staff is hard to find and everybody was friendly. I felt it was safe and in a good location. The room size was good! The fact I can bring my pet is a plus!
Disliked: I had a disability room #200 I think. and the floor to drain the shower smelled like feces. It made the bathroom stink a nasty smell. I think that drain needs some bleach to cover up the smell. It smelled of someone had just used your bathroom. Other that that by stay would have been really nice.

Liked: The room was as nice as many more expensive hotels I have stayed in. The finishes in the room add to the experience. The kitchen area is so well designed. I wanted to take the bedding home it was so soft and the perfect weight for summer. The staff and grounds were exceptional!
