Liked: Excellent staff when we checked in I felt very honored when I seen the welcome statement on the TV with my name on it!! I loved how to use the entrance card to get into the room the location it was 5 minutes away from my sisters house.
Disliked: Housekeeping I put a do not disturb sign on our door around 10am we decided to leave so I took the sign off when we returned hours later I called the front desk to let them know that housekeeping did not re-check the lady said she would let the manager know and it would be done tomorrow well it didn't happen I went down to the front desk that person acted as if she did not know a thing about it poor communication!! l we stayed a week with only one cleaning so I did not leave a tip lastly the items that are sold there are way to expensive otherwise our stay was good the lady at the front said they have a lot of rooms I said I did not care and it it was not done (housekeeping) I would call her boss only then did she say she was sorry I did not get a name I do not remember a name badge
