Second time visitor.

Liked: Good location, lots of free parking, super clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Lots of adults drinking in the lobby, causing a scene. Very noisy and disruptive.

Liked: Very crowded, due to a hockey event tons of kids hard to maneuver around the small space.
Disliked: A lot of noise, once again from the large amount of children running around and yelling.

Liked: Convenient location as a stop during car travel on I90, surprisingly good breakfast and nice facilities (gym, laundry, pool). Loved the expanded kitchenette in the room.
Disliked: Bed wasn't very comfortable for me and USB charging outlets were extremely slow.

Liked: The only thing we loved about this hotel was PAGE the front desk professional. Page was on point with reaccomodating when our family needed an extra day added to our stay!! She was also very pleasant . The other non professional person who's name I do not know..because she never said it..she has long dark brown hair was intensely RUDE..the lady with that long hair needs to adjust that attitude she is ruining the experience with her lazy and cold demeanor. Our room was not cleaned our entire 3 day stay..no bed made..no new towels..poor performance people get it together..like PAGE..be on that PAGE!
Disliked: Other front desk lady with long curly dark hair should be more tentative and kind...or consider going to a job where you can get away with not being there, and being rude as rude can be.
