Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Rooms were clean. Good location.
Disliked: Some of the staff were not real friendly and we had to wait passed check in time to get out room due to staffing issues. The snacks in the lobby were outrageous as well. Breakfast was ok.

Disliked: House staff cleaning were very loud. And complaining about guests messes in rooms while one EarPods. And the room cleanliness was not ok. We did not complain as they are very few options when moving kids into university of Alabama. Floors not clean . hairs in bathroom on floor and shower

Liked: The location and spacious room with bed and sofa. Also the full kitchen is a great addition for those staying longer.
Disliked: The shower gel was empty the first day. I thought they would replenish it when they serviced the room but there was no housekeeping for the time I was at the hotel. Had I known I would have notified them to refill the shower gel.

Liked: The room was very nice and clean
Disliked: The staff seemed to NOT know that I had already paid, asked me to swipe my card again without telling me why. Had to ask 2x. Very unprofessional
