Smooth, easily accessible

Liked: I was so happy to see that this hotel had such accessible rooms for people who may be dependent on wheelchairs. I was incomplete shock and it just warmed my heart having a child that is disabled and not finding many hotels that have enough space for her wheelchair … the staff were so polite so kind I needed help with an issue in my room and they assisted me with no problem. They did not make me feel like a bother. I just was so impressed and so stunned and I am so happy that I chose this hotel.!!
