Clean, tidy and safe

Liked: The place was great. Very clean and tidy. One note to mention. About 5am the fire alarm went off. And people were evacuating the hotel. As we were getting ready to leave, the alarm stopped. Apparently, it started in one of the rooms and when the attending manager tried to reach them, there was no response, so he did the right thing and set off the alarm. My wife and I were not mad but thankful he opted on the safe side. It supported my belief that Home2 Suites is a great place. Thank you.

Disliked: Both key cards would not work at 330 a.m., had to go back to desk to get them fixed, also happened at 830a.m. it was a bit of a nuisance.

Liked: Parking was acceptable.
Disliked: The sheets were dirty and someone was running in the halls from about 8pm until midnight. Just wasn’t a great stay and we wouldn’t book here again. My room was also $40 more than it was supposed to be when we got charged. The breakfast was stale, cold and not fresh.
