Expensive for poor service and...

Liked: Clean and location was great
Disliked: Toilet clogged, got blamed for it and we had to fix it ourselves, sink wouldn’t drain, digital check in didn’t work either. Emailed front desk and management about the issue and we have yet to hear from anyone

The home 2 in temple...

Liked: Location was in walking distance to local restaurants and some retail shops
Disliked: No hot water,, only luke warm, and only(1) elevator working ,, and they over charged me for my stay only to tell me my money will be refunded back 3/4/25

Disappointing

Liked: Cleanliness, Bed and bedding and pillows were comfortable complete kitchen well organized, spacious room
Disliked: No window curtains . Was a shade never seen that before in all hotels I have been. Curtains / decor make room warm and feeling good.We could hear people/TV from next room ( I did not make a reservation for a joint room.; was disappointed. We felt like I am sitting outside.I reserved a room with a tub. My boy who is special could not stand for long. The room was shower. Went to reception desk to complain.Before travel I called to make sure everything is in order and said I would like a room 4th floor. The lady told me nobody sleeps 4th floor. On elevator I meet a cleaner she was coming from 4th.. and I asked her.... and said" who told you no reservations on 4th floor?I was disappointed for being cheated On breakfast you have to look look. Some items kept very far you have to tilt your head. Was disappointed. Other hotels I find breakfast well arranged.The name " HILTON" made me book the hotel. My room was not worth $ 150. I need a refund.In parking when they tell will reserve one with no extra pay, they should do it. They did not. A lot of lyingOnly ONE elevator was working. This us not the Hilton I know!

Liked: The property was nice and clean. The room was nice and clean. I liked the property and room just fine.
Disliked: The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The sausage and bacon was not real meat and it was like all of the food was the cheapest available. I was expecting better based upon the price of the room.
