Disliked: had to walk to far to get to elevator, could hear the people above me walking around and moving dinning room chairs.

The stay was great aside...

Liked: The room was clean, had everything we needed and was spacious. It was quiet and the staff was friendly. Overall the property was great!
Disliked: The only issue I encountered was the sleeper sofa. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, and, worse, my friend cut her arm on an exposed spring from the couch. She had a terrible night’s sleep, and I felt awful since I was the one who organized the event. While the listing mentions a sofa bed, it’s important to note that it is not suitable for sleeping. The mattress was bent, causing my friend’s head to sink between the back of the couch, making it even more uncomfortable. I can’t imagine how much worse it would have been if a child had been injured by the springs.

Disliked: The water pressure in the shower was terrible and would barely rinse shampoo out of your hair. The staff member who checked us in was not friendly and seemed more concerned with telling us their rules instead of how we could enjoy the property.

A nice stay

Liked: the location was right off the main highway which was convenient, and comfortable.
Disliked: I had called down to the front desk to ask of they could bring up a few bottles of water, cause I was pregnant and feeling a bit sick. I was told that could not do that cause I had to come down and purchase the water myself. later on in the night I went down to finally purchase the water, I was asked by a employee, "shall I bill it to the room"? I said ooh I thought I had t come down and purchase the water in person.....which later find out to be not true
