Liked: The rom was large, clean and nicely furnished. The staff was so incredibly helpful and welcoming.It was refreshing .
Disliked: The bed size we got was smaller than we got.Upon calling Hilton Honors Club...as we are members. The agent refused to help and was Unflinchingly ambivious. Really a bad experience in customer care.

Hotel checked all our boxes...

Liked: Location was perfect for cruising, taking in a NHL game or just enjoying the Riverwalk area. Free shuttle service to and from the cruise port. We were provided early check ins for both of our stays. Reception even arranged a taxi for the airport the next day.
Disliked: Breakfast area was crowded and kept running out of hot dishes.
