Liked: View of the city,staff was very nice not the staff that worked the front desk but the cleaning crew are awesome the people at the front desk need more training especially the Lady that worked 2nd shift that had on a wig,she was too nosey,also they charged me $35 dollars for parking and it should have been added with the regular room charge,had I known I wouldn't have stayed one night with you all.Why" you didn't try to inform your customer of this issue,I believe you should reimburse me $118.00 for parking for 3 Nights.
Disliked: Having to pay parking after those outrageous rates you all charged,had I known I had to pay an additional payment for parking I would have cancelled my reservation.How dare you all not inform your customers of an additional charge for parking. I feel scammed, when I got there an they mentioned paying for parking.This experience has left a bitter opinion towards Booking.com how or will you fix this problem starting with me.I feel you owe me $ 118.00 for parking fees.Allen Powell stay 03/14 thru 03/17 2025.Please send me an Itemized receipt of my stay for those 3 Nights as the Home2 go staff could not give me a receipt,only of the charges for parking were they able to give me.Please Email my receipt to [email protected] Thank you.

Liked: The location for our cruise was excellent. Lashaun at the front desk was excellent and helpful with places to eat, information regarding the shuttle to the cruise port. Breakfast was good with several options.
Disliked: -

Expensive for location
