Liked: Convenience Clean room Front desk guy was amazing
Disliked: There was no way to access the front door at night without a key card or front desk letting you in. The gym needs a deep cleaning. The smell was diabolical!

STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN...
Liked: It was next to a bunch of food places
Disliked: The property staff informed me that after driving 4hours and attending events until 3:30pm, I arrive at the hotel around 3:50 and my room wasn’t ready. The front desk lady let me know this once I arrived and was ready to check in. I was extremely upset and asked why? she let me know the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned the first floor room but did have a fourth floor. I let her know I’d take that one desperately. She then rebutted and said but because you have a dog it has to be the first floor. Which didn’t make sense to me because if I booked a room and noted that I wanted a first room floor and the hotel is open at around 8/10am and arrived 5-7 hours later the room should’ve been ready. To further the situation I had to go back to my car and wait an hour before I was able to check in. Within the hour time span I let her know I would like to speak with a manager, she responded with, “there isn’t one.” I said “ok, could you point me in the right direction to request a refund. Her responses was, “I can’t give you a refund without a manager, and because you booked under booking.com i could only give you credits. I felt that this was inconsiderate and un empathetic to knowing the hotel was at fault for being under prepared for there guest. In addition to the situation I go into the hotel and it smelled like bleach, your would think this meant the room was clean. Nope! There was POOP STREAKS in the toilet and the showers were disgusting and had dirt STAINS, there was also what looked like THROW UP residue in the sink. It essentially looked like the cleaning person came in wiped down and straightened up to make the room “look nice.” Might I add, the queens suite which had a sink had the worse stench coming from it. Overall After dealing with a situation like this it utterly makes me never want to deal with a third party site or this hotel again.
