Disliked: We had to change rooms twice within an hour. Both rooms were disgusting. Bathroom had hair everywhere floors were disgusting. Sheets were dirty.

Liked: Some breakfast items unavailable...due to a smal fire in the toaster oven...caused by a guest.
Disliked: Would have liked to have a clock in the room and the return of lotion.
