Good place to stay for...

Liked: My room was clean. The included breakfast was good. It is close to Cuyahoga National Park.
Disliked: Nothing much except for a bit of mold on the shower stall.

Liked: The location was perfect for what we needed, the room was clean and spacious, and the breakfast was great.
Disliked: There were only three pillows per queen size bed, and two of them were small feather pillows. It would have been nice if there were two firm pillows as well as the feather ones. The couch wasn’t that comfortable.

Ideal location if attending a...

Liked: The location was ideal. The Blossom Hill Music Center was within easy reach. On arrival the main receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and had good facilities. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pleasant and the reception/breakfast area was bright and modern. There were plenty of parking spaces.
Disliked: The cleaners had missed some areas in the kitchen area. On leaving we put our dishes in the dishwasher. When we opened it there were already some dirty dishes in the dishwasher, including a mouldy cup. We told the man on reception when we checked out but he was quite dismissive about it.
