Liked: Spacious rooms.House keeping services
Disliked: Separate charge for parking and drinking waterBreakfast spread monotonous. Also, some items get over early.Ac control is limited to hot, cold, and off.Face tissue(Napkins) absent in the bedroom.

Exceptional

Liked: Breakfast was great and convenient. All the facilities were nice. Staff was wonderful.
Disliked: We had some horrible things happen on our trip but they did not involve the hotel. In fact, the hotel was a great to come back to and grieve and try to recover and move forward.

Great location for the university....

Liked: Very good breakfast selection. Liked the full size refrigerator in the room .
Disliked: I thought I had reserved a queen bed. Pretty sure we had a standard size. The mattress needs replacing. Ok for 1 person but not for 2. I slept on the small sofa.

Most elements good.

Liked: Responded to my request for a fragrance free room. Appreciated.The gentleman who served breakfast was friendly.
Disliked: The message machine was broken. I asked for a wake-up call from front desk but didn't receive it. Fortunately woke up on my own but could have been a problem.
