Liked: The location for Georgia southern parents weekend was good… the hotel was below average for a cost through booking.com for $550 /night plus taxesWe will not book through booking.com again
Disliked: There were cockroaches in our room… I, personally, killed 3 with my shoe. Housekeeping never came to clean up dead roaches and the front staff told me they were “palmetto bugs”.., and this was “common”. I have pictures for documentation I also booked this hotel room through booking.com from Thursday 9/12-sunday9/15…I received a phone call on Saturday morning… 9/14… the front desk told me that I needed to check out of the hotel because someone else was checking into my room at 3pm… I asked “how can this be possible “… and the hotel staff told me I needed to “contact your website directly “I tried to contact without any response from booking.com

Liked: The staff at check in is knowledgeable, friendly, & professional. The room was clean and cozy and a great size.
Disliked: The elevator smells like Broccoli LOL. Each time we have been there. There are odd scents throughout the hotel. I did buy febreeze and spray our room because it did smell like a locker room. The breakfast is horrible...sorry. I hate to say that but its not good at all.
