Decent stay for the value

Liked: Front desk staff at check-in was very polite. He explained breakfast time, check out time, recommended best parking location, and showed us where the elevator was. First time I've ever been given water bottles and chocolate at check-in, so that was definitely a plus!
Disliked: The cleanliness of the room (perhaps this is more of a maintenance concern) had room for improvement. There were noticeable areas with rust, especially around the shower door and sink. There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom when we first walked in, so we had to keep the door shut at all times. There were also burn marks in the carpet. The thermostat was also not connected to the a/c-furnace.

Liked: Very nice location right off the interstate and close to restaurants and shopping centers. Staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Disliked: It’s not the property’s fault at all but guest didn’t clean up after their dogs so I stepping in other dogs poo
