Great customer service and nice...

Liked: I asked Allison at the front desk if we could check in two hours early and she happily accommodated us. We were exhausted from traveling for medical appointments and it was such a relief to be able to check in early and get some rest! Thank you Allison for the amazing service! Give her a raise!
Disliked: In the shower there were a few stray hairs from the previous occupants and a few crumbs on the carpet in the main bedroom area. I’m super picky about cleanliness and feel like there shouldn’t be any sign of previous occupants in a hotel room.

Liked: Beds were great, super comfortable. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was fair. Nice shower with good water pressure. Very nice stay.
Disliked: Would be nice to have closer parking. Otherwise no complaints.

Liked: It was just a few steps from the hospital, the staff was wonderful and the breakfast was very good! Location for our hospital appointment was a huge factor in staying here. The room was spacious and accommodated our needs very well. Nice desk to do my work and plenty of channels to watch on a nice T.V.
Disliked: The overall price was very high, yes the room was very nice but I've been in Presidential Suites that were 30% less cost. The fluctuating rates are not the best idea, watched this room bump up $40 over 2 days while we were making sure our plans were in order. Also, the bed was a bit stiff and only had 3 pillows. We both woke up a bit sore the next morning.
