Liked: The hotel was clean. Complimentary breakfast was a welcome. Free parking. Staff was friendly.
Disliked: Only 3 pillows to the bed for a couple. There didn't appear to be king beds available. We could hear people walking around above us.

Liked: The staff is so hospitable and willing to be flexible with my frequent requests. I am known by name and know most at front desk by name
Disliked: I was disappointed to see that Mia is no longer employed. For the first time, I had a less than perfect interaction with a front desk employee. I had never seen him before in all my visits there. Fanyos saved the day eventually.

I enjoyed my stay minus...

Liked: I loved how clean the restrooms were. Also, I loved the breakfast that was there. I will say the the pull out couch is somewhat nice.
Disliked: I did not like how when I called the place they said the incidental fee was 25 dollars and the sheet of my booking said it but when I got there it was 50 dollars. I just wished that there was an exact price. Also, the staff for the night I went was rude but the staff at checkout was very nice.

Overall, my stay was fantastic!!...

Liked: The hotel layout was nice and easy. There are 3 entrances into the building. Elevators are easily accessible. The room was spacious and visually appealing. I like there was Velcro on the back of the remote, it was never misplaced. The shower was nice and the bathroom was clean. The entire facility smelled great and was clean. I enjoyed going to their gym, as there were fresh towels available on a rack, cold water cooler, disinfectant wipes and the workout equipment was up to date. There is also a laundry area to wash clothes if need be. Love that option!! The pool area was not too busy and the water was nice and warm. A towel rack was also available in the indoor pool area. I truly enjoyed my stay.
Disliked: The room was extremely cold. The heat was not an option. Breakfast was limited. I, personally, am not a fan of a lot of bread for breakfast. [ ie. muffins, bagels, toast, Belgium waffle, sandwich buns] I wish there was more of a hot breakfast as an option [ ie scrambled eggs, pork - turkey - chkn sausage , turkey - beef - ckhn bacon, has browns ] The breakfast was somewhat lackluster. They did have these cute little quiche cups which were tasty. But I think the breakfast could have displayed more effort. Also because the rooms are sooo cold, please have a heavier blanket upon the bed. I was cold the entire stay. I had to put on extra layers of clothing.
