Liked: best location for Shreveport area, very clean rooms, super friendly staff, was decorated with fall decor and the receptionist was even wearing a matching tie. (Orange) Great amenities (You can't beat the suite) and price! Would definitely stay there again when we visit the area to visit family!
Disliked: 4 large men sitting in a black car with the windows down for at least 3-4 hours at the main entrance. The driver stood outside on his phone most of the time. It was odd and made me a little uneasy with children around.

The second room I got...

Liked: The location to the highway was good. Seemed like a newer facility too.
Disliked: I was traveling with a small dog and let them know ahead of time. The room they gave me had stains on the furniture and wasn’t really clean. The AC made a horrible noise so when I called to get another room eventually I got one but took some talking. The original room they gave us shouldn’t be available until repairs are done.

Liked: The room was spacious. Because I am in a wheelchair the room was very easy to get around in. The hotel was in agreat area, there were plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
Disliked: The toilet would have been easier to get on and off if it was one of the taller toilets. Items for sale at front desk were a little pricey.
