Just fine, and that’s good.

Liked: This was a business trip and I was so pressed for time I arrived after 10 my first night and let myself in with the virtual key. Unfortunately, I had forgotten which room I reserved, it’s not on the app when you check in virtually; I didn’t know how to access WiFi. The front desk was really helpful (you really can’t replace service with virtual keys.) So, as much as I appreciated the speed of the check in and not having a plastic key, I also appreciated the staff. The housekeeping team is also very resourceful and friendly. Several went out of their way to help. I really appreciated them.It was the best shower I’d had in a LONG time; but the night I arrived we had no hot water. Harumph…The room was clean and the kitchen well appointed for a 4 day stay — full fridge, dishwasher, plenty of cutlery and dishes. (Bring your own coffee, or drink the breakfast stuff downstairs; the stuff in the room was awful.) Also, it was cold, as temperatures dropped in Louisiana that week, and the bed could use a blanket (at least in winter.) I also wish they had a usbc port in addition to the old fashioned USB for charging and maybe access to more streaming apps than Netflix. Otherwise, it is a nice place to stay.

Disliked: The hot water for the shower didn’t work well. It literally took at least 20 minutes for the water to warm up enough to shower. The shower water was warm not hot.
