Liked: The door was missing a piece of it, there was a hole in the curtain. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

Liked: Safe area, good parking.
Disliked: Bathroom not overly clean, bed very very firm, breakfast not great (food warmer not working so ‘hot’ food was cold, toaster out of order).

Liked: This was advertised as two queen beds. The beds were clearly full size beds. I have stayed in these hotels before in other states and they had queen beds. This was an issue because I had five people with me and we were very cramped in our sleeping situation. I called the front desk and asked for queen beds. She said that the beds I had were queen and that was what they had in all their queen suites. Also, Booking.com charged me $200 too much. I called them four different times, waited forever each time, call dropped two times, only to be refunded $100 of the overcharge. They sent me a revised bill stating that taxes had not been added to the folio the hotel provided me. This was not true as I had the invoice from the hotel stating the full charges, including taxes. I will never use Booking.com again.
Disliked: Rooms were misrepresented and I was overcharged by Booking.com. It was also very difficult to get clean towels each day,

Liked: The staff was great and also it was very clean outside of the room the hallway
Disliked: My room I had to change my room because the first room it wasn’t nothing working the garage depot wasn’t work and the bathroom sink water running slow and the phone wasn’t working.And my second room one light in the bathroom was out and the phone wasn’t worked and the kitchen sink wood is breaking off the bottom of the sink
