Liked: This is a great location. Very nice and modern. Breakfast was great. Love that check out time is at a decent time. Didn't have to request late check out. I was surprised when I noticed a strong nasty odor from the bed and pillows in room 209. I chose not to complain or say anything but it was very strong. I noticed I had woken up with a bite as well. So I'm hoping it didn't have any bed bugs. Idk if they didn't change the sheets at all or use any detergent. But it definitely smelled used. You can also hear everything from the hallways and crazy movement from the upper floors.
Disliked: Bed and pillows smelled terrible like a guy who had not showered in days. I also woke up with a bug bite. I'm hoping it wasn't bed bugs. Also you can hear everything from the hallway and movement from the floor above.

Had a great stay.

Liked: The rooms were spacious. Full fridge, sink and dishes.

Disliked: Pillows are very flat. Not comfortable at all

Liked: Breakfast was good. However, there could be more healthy options or options for diabetics, gluten-free, lactose-free or other diets.
Disliked: I didn’t like that there was dog poo (from someone’s small dog) on the carpet on the third floor during the 3 days of our stay. Given that there were small children running around, it was quite unsanitary.

Exceptional

Liked: The room we stayed in was a studio suite with a well equipped kitchenette. The hotel itself is very new, spacious and absolutely clean. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area. The front office and housekeeping staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide selection of items. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay there again.
