Liked: The front desk staff was exceptional, I can't remember his name (curly hair guy) but the one that greeted us once we arrived went above and beyond getting us a great room.
Disliked: We were there for just one night, everything went as expected.

Liked: It was a well equipped and clean room. Good location but not the best view over the river walk if it is what you’re looking for.
Disliked: One elevator was out of service and it was a line to go up to our room. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected.
