Liked: Location off the riverwalk
Disliked: I reserved a room with 2 queens beds and upon arrival the room was under maintenance. So the only room available had a let out couch with 1 queen bed. I was told a manager would reach out to me and my initial reserved room would be give to me the second night but it was not and no manager reached out to me to rectify issue. I was told at checkout that 10,000 points would be added to my honor rewards account and I have not seen the points added to my account yet...
