Good breakfast

Liked: The breakfast was great and had a good variety of options, although it lacked some basics like fruit and yogurt or quick items to take on the go.The beds were pretty comfortable and the elevator was super fast.
Disliked: There could be more attention to deep cleaning in the room. I had to request vacuuming around the beds and I under the dishwasher. The kitchenette area around the floors could be cleaner.The snack items were really expensive in the lobby.

Clean but breakfast was awful...

Liked: Location was good, Sara was a great hostess
Disliked: The lady over breakfast was rude,The old man working nights keep coming to my room blaming us for noise because he said we had kids but they were not making g any noise and said we were stomping but we weren’t. And he continued to do this and came back on New Year’s Eve night and threatened to call cops and get us removed because of noise complaints but again my kids were in bed watching tv not moving.

Liked: The room was spacious and clean. It had all the necessities for my family.
Disliked: The breakfast service went from 4 waffle makers down to two. So it took longer to get waffles and with service being done at certain times it made it difficult to get food. They ran out of juice, oatmeal, yogurt and bread. I know the hotel was probably booked but you should plan ahead in order to accommodate to feed everyone.
