Disliked: The heat (thermostat ?) wasn’t working and the room stayed cold the whole night through.

Disappointing

Liked: Big rooms, kitchen area, comfy beds, nice employees, the guys at valet parking were awesome
Disliked: Long story short, long day late when arriving in room, one of the beds had pet urine soaked into the mattress, we noticed yellow sheets night before exchanged them but didn't realize the urine was in the mattress till morning when getting up. Talked to front desk as manager was not on premises emails sent but no response back at all. We have always loved staying in this chain of hotels rooms are big, beds are comfy breakfast always good until this same stay was not good at all.
