Disappointing for a HILTON Hotel....

Liked: These are Seven (7) of the worst items that were below standard.. some are safety issues. 1). The refrigerator wasn’t working - it made a loud noise & it smelled like electrical wires overheating. 2). The arm of the only chair was badly torn with jagged pieces of vinyl sticking up which caught my clothing and scratched my arm. 3). The same chair was filthy and badly stained. Together (2 & 3) this chair looked like it came out of a dumpster. I had to put a blanket over it just to feel that it was clean enough to sit in it!!!!! (I have several photos to share). 4). The sofa bed was also very dirty and badly stained especially the arm & side closest to the bed. It looks like previous guests drank coffee and spilled it when placing the cup on the small table between the sofa and the bed. 5). The table had a loose piece of hard plastic trim about 12-14 inches long that was sticking out and scratched my leg. It caught my pajamas and almost tripped me twice. If I didn’t have my cane to keep my balance, I would have certainly fallen. 6). The bottom drawer of a cabinet near the kitchen area wouldn’t stay closed. It would eventually stick out btwn 4-5 inches creating a safety issue which could have tripped me. 7). The toilet seat was loose making it difficult to use and unsafe too. The seat would move just as I was sitting down or standing up causing me too lose my balance and almost fall. 8). The last and most important complaint concerns a VERY SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERN. The hotel has three elevators but only one of them was working. (We’ve stayed here on three occasions and it’s the same every time). This one elevator is used by all the hotel guests with their luggage and the cleaning staff with their cleaning carts. It takes a long time to go up and down from the 10th floor .. especially with all the traffic. In case of an emergency or if the one elevator stops working too, how would I (a Disabled Veteran with limited mobility) get down 10 flights of...

Liked: We wanted be downtown. Good location. Breakfast was great. Room was clean and comfortable.
Disliked: Had three elevators, and 2 were down. I think with that many floors, and guests. They need at least one more working.

Liked: Nothing, it was a horrible experience.
Disliked: The property was full of mold, smelly, dirty and the vents were full of dust. The room smelled like mildew and the couch in there was disgusting along with the carpet.

Disliked: The front door was broken and only one elevator was working. The valet was $45 and our car was parked in a public (unsecured) lot. Not the service we would expect. The room stunk, toilet seat was broken, phone didn’t work and there was a mysterious brown smudge on the wall.

Liked: Nothing. It was the worst hotel and stay i have ever experienced
Disliked: Filthy rooms. Terrible experience checking in. Misleading about parking. Rooms stunk of smoke and cigarettes. 2 Elevators broken, the one that worked got stuck. Doors broken. Pool not usable as it was disgusting. Visible stains on bed, chairs, and floors.
