Exceeds expectation

Liked: Everything was amazing especially the staff in charge of breakfast. Room was clean. When we requested for sheets to be replaced, they came immediately. Loved everything!

Disliked: It wasn't clean my room, I requested few times, no support from staff, I talk with supervisor and she did not resolve my complaint about to clean the room, I have to remove the bag trash, replace by new ones.

Disliked: Only 1 tissue was available, I had to call front desk twice, once for bar soap and no body lotion or tissue. I think housekeeping should be on top of these items for the customer.
