Liked: The guy that helped me I’m trying to check me in is very professional and patient. My problem is with Hilton and bookings.com not making this a convenient and easy process
Disliked: Booking.com processed my card. I get to the hotel and the hotel lets me know it’s can’t process the card. I was informed by the employee I would have to contact Booking.com to fix it. I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at booking.com. I am still in the dark as to whether or not I will be charged twice for one night hotel stay. I had to make a new reservation with the hotel and process my card as a new reservation instead of bookings.com.

Disliked: The room only had a shower that was small and dirty. For a newer property the shower was in rough shape. Loose or broken tiles and loads of caulking all over the place. Room 430.

Refused to honor reservation.

Liked: Comfortable bed.
Disliked: The hotel refused to honor our reservation that was made on booking.com. we had been in a car for the past 28 hours with 4 small children and a dog and it was very late and they refused to honor our reservation, claiming they didn't have a reservation for us even after being shown the confirmation email. We had to pay for a new reservation and booking.com refused to refund us our original reservation. I contacted them immediately but they hung up on both the hotel staff and myself then in their refusal to refund the money they claimed that I should have contacted them sooner. I ended up having to do a charge back with my bank that is currently still under review/investigation.
