Disappointed with Hilton

Liked: Layout of the hotel, all areas did not require a long walk, example front door to front desk. There is ample surface in the bathroom to lay out toiletries.
Disliked: The room needed updating, bathroom fixtures are old, flush buttons on the toilet did not line up and looked unsanitary. Sink is rusting around the overflow hole. Sliding doors on the tub did not slide smoothly.

Disliked: The swimming pool was closed so we had to walk across the street to use another facilities pool. Then upon checkout, they charged my card again. I'm still waiting to be refunded

I like home 2 suites...

Liked: Big tv with an option to plug any device to the tv
Disliked: Lamp switch near the bed was broken. When I booked everything through booking it gave me one price but when I got charged after my stay was a different price. I usually use booking but this was my last time I go through booking. Called hotel and said that everything looking good on there end it was the city tax that changed the total of everything.
