Liked: Staff was very attentive and friendly.
Disliked: Room wasn't always cleaned when it was supposed to be cleaned. I had to put in special requests for some items (eg: teabags, towels.

recommended, good location and value

Liked: we booked the hotel twice for two ski trips in SLC, close to park city and snowbird, also near to some great restaurants in the city. There is a hot hub and pool inside, which makes us so comfortable after a whole day on the mountain. Breakfast is simple but enough for skiers.
Disliked: The only issue we had was noise outside the door.
