Good

Disliked: I paid for a queen size bed and a king size bed. Received 2 queens. They said they could do nothing about that because I used a third party. Not happy at all. NOT AT ALL!!

Liked: Friendly staff
Disliked: The room I was in was very loud, I was up all night due to loud neighbors. Thin walls and could hear conversations all around, coming from other rooms and the hallway. Not a relaxing or private experience at all.
