It was a great time...

Liked: Location, room size, set up and features of a full kitchen in our hotel room!
Disliked: I didn’t love the bathroom door in our room. It didn’t lock and was more of a toy for kids to play with than a door

Decent hotel for the area,...

Liked: Good location, spacious rooms
Disliked: Fridge was out the entire stay. Was always assured maintenance would take a look at it, never fixed. Breakfast selection limited. On the final day of our stay the elevators were out.

Overall, it was a nice...

Liked: Suite was well suited.
Disliked: Breakfast was understaffed, not run well. There was no hot tub.

Liked: Traveling for Christmas and this hotel was so cute with Christmas trees, hot chocolate bar, & even games for the kiddos to play.I'm not good at sleeping, we stayed 2 nights, ALL of us slept amazingly!!The chef was absolutely amazing. Our family of 5 didn't really want to leave. Will definitely be staying again. Our 2 teens (gym rats) loved the gym! They keep talking about it and comparing other hotels to it. The refillable water bottle station is a wonderful bonus.

Liked: Warm welcome, staff is fantastic all the way from front desk, to housekeepers to Max and his breakfast staff!! This was our 3rd year having our Family Christmas at your hotel and we will be back for our 4th!!

Liked: Breakfast is too notch. The room and facility was very well maintained.
Disliked: We did have a little trouble getting our temperature stabilized and water pressure in the shower could have been improved. But those are small things.

Good

Liked: basic breakfast. could have offered sausage or bacon with waffles. some what busy. perhaps have a separate area for families to have breakfast.
Disliked: mattress needs to be replaced . more pillows. only 3 for a king size bed. Shower improve water pressure. needs a seating area. Rest room in lobby toilet was full of previous guest use. not sure if it was plugged or not flushed. should have staff check common area's more routinely for cleanliness
