Poor hotel for business travelers.

Liked: Not much. It was serviceable.
Disliked: My wife and I are traveling for work. We arrived at 3:10pm to check in (check in was at 3pm) only to be told that our room wasn’t ready and we would have to wait. We were told that the hotel had been fully booked the previous evening and the staff hadn’t finished all their cleaning. The way I see it, that’s no excuse. The management needs to organise their staff to ensure that the new arrivals are not inconvenienced. At 3:30 pm I went back to the reception desk and made my views known, and lo and behold they suddenly found a clean room for me.The other thing I found poor about this hotel was that the Internet was patchy, slow, and dropped out consistently. Not good for somebody such as myself who was using the Internet for work.I wouldn’t stay at this place again, nor would I stay at any Hilton Homes2Suites hotel again.

Liked: The location was perfect .The breakfast could have been available longer. Not everyone wakes up at 6am when they’re on a vacation.
Disliked: The wasn’t a lot of breakfast choices for vegans and it wasn’t available for long enough.

Very comfortable and clean property.

Liked: The staff was incredibly helpful. We had a complicated check in with some of us arriving earlier but everything was under one name. I called and the desk staff helped streamline it so that there was no issue with the separate checkins.
