Liked: Location and the beds were great! The room was also nice and well appointed.
Disliked: The bathroom floor was kinda dirty and the shower water pressure was disappointing.

Lazy staff

Liked: Comfortable room
Disliked: Staff could care less. Wouldn’t let us check in until after 4pm “due to cleaners” but our room was never cleaned during our stay. There is also no safe in the room although it says there’s one on the booking.com website.

Superb

Liked: I like everything about this chain, stayed at several so far and everyone has been consistently very high on any metric one uses to judge hotels. Exceptionally clean and well kept up, you never see the usual wear or tear you expect from this price range facility, staff always smiling and helpful, very good amenities, gym,indoor pool, laundry and breakfast spread. I look for this chain when traveling.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Bad

A good Hotel for earthlings!

Liked: The Hotel has a very good location in the center of Roswell, you can reach all the things you wanna see by foot. Also the parking lot for the cars is very big. The Breakfast was small but you could make your own waffle, a plus!
Disliked: The room was a little smelly, since probably people cooked inside before. The A/C Unit is ultra loud, we turned it off to sleep wich was fine for us. If you need A/C to sleep or if its realy hot this would be a problem.
