Disliked: Pet fee was not told to me nor incidental charges. Both we high and don’t know why incidental fee is charged Guy checked in front of me didn’t mention dog so wasn’t charged but came in with large dog when unloading luggage. I mention 5 lb morkie being honest and get charged Not Right

Liked: We spent over a week at this hotel with our two kids and our pets during the Helene Hurricane. This was definitely the nicest hotel we stayed in the Carolina’s. They have a 2 pet policy that does require a fee but it is one fee for the entire stay. The place was clean and in working order. When we had issues staff was very quick to repair them. Full kitchen with dishes, towels, dish soap, microwave, dishwasher, and full fridge. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room was clean and had lots of storage so it didn’t feel crowded with all of our baggage. There’s lots in the area to do with your gamily. There’s a mall down the street with an arcade and escape room. It’s also very close to the Carowinds.
Disliked: The pool is very small and fills up quickly with small children. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a hot tub. They increased their price to +$300 / night during the weekend of the hurricane.

Liked: Nice, clean, well equipped hotel and great location. This was our only hotel stay on a 2 day drive from Canada to Naples, Florida.
Disliked: We had a mixup with our room key and the written room number on the card holder which caused us to try to enter the door of an already occupied room of another couple. Awkward situation and a 10 minute delay on checking in to our room while staff gave us the correct room assignment matched to the keys. Also, we were given a handicapped room which was not requested or were we advised of prior to room entry.
