A good value, good location....

Liked: A good value, nice kitchenette, good size room, large tv, allows pets
Disliked: Had a room that had a connecting door to room next door. Several nights, neighbors were loud and up late. All the noise came through the connecting door and made sleeping difficult.

An okay 2 night stay.

Disliked: The hotel could not find my booking.com reservation despite me having the confirmation number. The room itself looked as if it was recently renovated, but the renovation was never completed. The room door wouldn't close unless I literally lifted the door up on its hinges. There were still construction markings by the window. Etc. The breakfast was plain and the dining area was too small for the size of the hotel. I really expected more from a Hilton branded hotel.

Liked: The staff that worked, the front desks are phenomenal. They are very, very accommodating and wonderful that being said they are what made your property right it was a nice location. The room was nice. Even the bathroom was broke. I mentioned that, but that never got resolved so the door had to stay open the whole time that we were there.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property was the broken bathroom door. The breakfast was always overcooked or burnt. The pool was broken a few times and a couple of mouse in the hall other than that I saw inside. My biggest disappointment was, I was told that the rooms counted and signed up for rewards even though I was on booking so when I want to call Hilton and set it up, it says none of my stays count so keep that in mind if you’re booking with Hilton that if you’re coming there through booking apparently they don’t make any money off of us and it doesn’t count and that comes from corporate. Does they call the number to register and they said the same thing so we don’t get any special perks.
