Disappointing

Liked: Large and spacious, great take dogs, friendly staff.
Disliked: Pool opens at 9:00 am, went in just after, got changed to find the staff telling us they were going to add chemicals and would not be ready for an hour. Checkout was 11am. We chose this hotel as we had toddlers and wanted to burn off some energy before we travelled again. Had to get kids dressed again and explain they couldn’t play. When talked with staff the pool guy doesn’t start till 9:00 so he has to do it then, so please don’t advertise pool is open at 9:00 when it’s not going to be open then or get the pool guy in earlier, it’s really not that hard to anticipate this kind of stuff. Any one who travels with toddlers will appreciate this sort of stuff, can’t believe we spent $225 for one night and people don’t think about this sort of thing.

Liked: Sure I've been here for 6 months I needed to get away with my daughter have 3 foster kids and relax fri.pooland hot tub was so cold i couldn't use it nor say manager said no maitince man on weekend how do you check chemicals in the pool then she said we don't.yuk Sat morning there were 50 people down there for the whole time some dance mom show kaos no food no dishes nothing I saw what they were eating nothing like the next 2 days toast no bagelsor fruit it sucked no where for people to sit and smoke outside so they threw there butts every where and no one cleans it up maybe if there was more than 1 pole with a whole in it at the back of the hotel they wouldn't do that! It wasn't worth 580.00 dollars
Disliked: Show respect for rich and poor smokers and non smokers.our money spends like there's but we care

Disliked: Get into the room and there is black hair on the hand towels. I had called to check the pool was heated. They said it was. It was not. The front desk said there is no maintenance. The hot tub was like bath water.

Disliked: Rear entrance door didn't always allow entrance with room key.

Disliked: Elevators very congested due to one other elevator out of order. This is second year we’ve stayed and hotel had elevator issues. Would have been better if breakfast was served before 7am
