Hotel itself was a nice...

Liked: Breakfast was ok.
Disliked: It wasn't very warm.

Great hotel!

Disliked: The day time front desk lead was unprofessional at times when interacting with other staff members.

Liked: Breakfast was good and location was good staff was very friendly
Disliked: Kids running around at all hours of the night and the shower did not get very hot

Staff was very nice

Liked: The staff was really nice, the room was really nice & clean. We caught them on a bad weekend so we was not able to use the pool, it was so much gone on that day we just stayed in the room.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we didn’t get to use the pool or enjoy the free breakfast. Because like I said it was a mess that weekend it was soooo many kids, they took all the towels out the area & crowded the pool & then they closed it. Came down to breakfast nowhere to sit or nothing so I took my lil party to cracker Barrel to have breakfast.
